Complete gut rehab of a condo just off Michigan Avenue to be a pied-à-terre for client.  Design of unit included a newly configured floor plan of Living/Dining Areas,  Master Suite, Guest Bedroom and Bath, Office, plus large luxurious Italian-style Kitchen for entertaining.

​First floor transformation of a single family home.  Work included a new kitchen with striking coffered ceiling, custom built staircase, reconfiguration of entry, addition of a modern fireplace, custom built-in bookcases and shelving units, plus new ceiling and lighting plan.

​Converted 2 flat in West Town Chicago to a Single Family Home.  

Work included Floor Plans, design of Façade and Exterior, Staircase Kitchen/Bar, Bathrooms, Staircase, Fireplace and a number of interior details.  Marketing materials and website for development created to show development information and 3D model walk-thoughs of the space.
